Cincy-Cinco
Cincy-Cinco, the tri-state region's premier Latino cultural fest, is
a family-friendly weekend event that showcases Latino culture, values
and traditions while promoting the interaction of the Latino community
with the tri-state community at large. The weekend will include activities
and crafts for the children, food for the whole family, music, dancing,
and so much more. This year's 2007 Cincy-Cinco will feature the re-creation
of a typical "fiesta de pueblo' or town party on the Plaza at Riverbend.
Tickets, $10 each, are available at Riverbend Music Center on the day
of the event or at any area Kroger store save $2 when tickets are pre-purchased.
Saturday after 6pm tickets are $6 only at Riverbend ticket office. Children
under 16 are free. The first 500 children on Saturday and Sunday will
get free tickets to a Cincinnati Reds' game or the Cincinnati Zoo. All
proceeds benefit tri-state charities that support the Latino community.
