The best in authentic Latin American cuisine will be offered throughout the venue. At least a half dozen of the most authentic restaurants from the area will be present with food from Mexico, Puerto Rico and Central America

      Soft Tacos with choice of chorizo or steak

      Mixed Fajitas, Mexican rice and beans

      Pig or chicken with yucca, Empanadas (Fried pastry filled with beef, chicken, cheese or ham)

      Gorditas-(The Mexican Pita), Sopes (cornmeal cakes), Quesadillas (flour tortilla)

    • Taquería Mercado
      Quesadillas, Burros and Tacos with different choices: carne asada, chicken, carnitas and pastor served with beans and rice. Churros and sweet Mexican Bread

    • Columbia
      Empanadas (Fried pastry filled with beef, chicken, cheese or ham) , Tamales (corn dough and feature peas, carrots, potatoes, rice, chicken, pork and various spices)

    • La Guadalupana
      Fruits (pineapple, jicama, cucumber); pastries, Tortas Ahogadas (a Sandwich Smothered in Chile Sauce), raspados (snow cones), y appetizers (peanuts, chick peas with chile)

      Rice with chicken, Anticuchos (small pieces of grilled skewered meat) Piononos (thick-sliced ripe plantain centered with a neat dollop of ground beef, smoked pork, onion, garlic, red peppers, and jalapeno)
