You Can Be a Part of the Fun!

Volunteers are needed in many areas of the festival. We are looking for people to help us with admissions, manning the booths, working with kids, working with adults.

NOTE: EVERY VOLUNTEER MUST FILL OUT A FORM PRIOR TO THE EVENT

Volunteer Responsibilities and Additional Information

1. Please complete all areas of the application, particularly the contact information requested. It is important that we have multiple ways to reach you so we may keep you informed of your schedule and other details about the event.
   
   
2. Please fill out one application for each individual that would like to volunteer.
   
   
3. You can send us the completed form using any of the following methods:
   
   • Print out the form and fax it to (513) 232-4417 Attn: Susy Hisch -OR-
   • Email the completed form back to Shisch@riverbend.org
     
     
4. If you have any changes to your application or schedule availability, please call 232-5882 and ask for Susy Hisch. Once schedules have been issued, it will be very difficult to make changes, so please consider your availability carefully before completing this application.
   
   
5. Each volunteer will be required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift. Please meet the volunteer coordinator at the Volunteer Check- In located in the Children's Area. Dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes. At check-in, you will be given a complimentary Cincy-Cinco t-shirt. All volunteers will be required to wear their Cincy-Cinco t-shirt while volunteering for their shift.
   
   
6. Each volunteer will who completes one full shift will also receive two (2) complimentary lawn tickets to a mutually agreed upon concert at Riverbend Music Center. (Specific concerts to be determined by Riverbend management).
   
   
7. With the event being held downtown, parking may be an issue. We suggest the Fountain Square Parking Garage. The cost to park in this garage is $4.00 for 8 hours. Please be sure to bring money to pay for parking. Due to the Flying Pig Marathon taking place the same day, parking may be an issue, so please allow yourself ample time to find a place to park in advance of your shift. Additional metered parking on the street and alternate lots can be found within 2-3 blocks of the Square.
